Musaad Al-Sayouhi is a member of the Saudi Arabia – Eastern Province Chapter Board. In his role as a Director at Large, Al-Sayouhi is responsible to ensure a smooth transition of leadership and act as an advisor to the Board. He is also responsible to manage and deliver on specific initiatives of significance and provide guidance and support to other members of the Board.
Al-Sayouhi is currently working at the Finance, Strategy and Development organization at Saudi Aramco. He is part of a team that is responsible of developing and implementing the new planning and performance management process, which includes the Company’s long-term strategy, business plans, operating and capital budgets and accountability reports. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder with two areas of emphasis, accounting and human resource management. In 2007, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Arabian Society for Human Resource Management where he served the society for almost two years. He then pursued his graduate studies in the U.S. where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley University with concentrations in accountancy and economics and global markets. Al-Sayouhi earned the designation Certified Management Accountant in 2010. Subsequently, he lead the effort to establish the Saudi Arabia – Eastern Province Chapter of the IMA. In 2011, the chapter was launched and he assumed the role of the President for three years.
